Credit Controller

Reports to: Financial Controller

Base: Dover Office

Salary Circa: Circa £22,000- £23,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30am till 5.00pm

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Debtor Chasing
  • Weekly raising of sales invoices and credit notes
  • Sending invoices and statements to various customers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliation of retention drops
  • Monitoring customers credit limits
  • Approving Sales orders
  • Application and maintenance of customer credit limits
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Relationship and reporting to a bank and insurance companies
  • Setting up new customers and applying for limits
  • Raising monthly consignment usage invoices
  • Uploading sales invoices
  • Monitoring accounts and credit note inbox
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Key skills:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics software will be considered an advantage, experience with other accounting packages will also be considered

· Professional in their approach to dealing with issues and employees

· Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion

· Strong organisational or administrative skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach

· Focused on delivering outstanding customer service to our internal customers and external members

· IT literate and a comprehensive understanding of Windows based programmes to include Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

· The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of people, both on the phone and face-to-face

· Strong teamwork skills essential

Customs Clearance Executive

We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Executive to be based at our factory in Eythorne, near Dover.

,Good analytical and excellent organisational skills are essential and you must work in a methodical manner and be able to respond effectively to enquiries.

Duties include:

  • Calculating Duty / VAT cost for each consignment ( with the support of our financial team)
  • Processing Import/Export declarations
  • Dealing with general enquiries from importers / exporters concerning all areas relating to Customs Procedures, Tariff Classifications, Duty Rates and any other documentation requirements
  • Keeping up to date with changes in regulations, laws and customs procedures

Hours: Full time 8.30am -5.00pm, Monday - Friday.

Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Dover, UK

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Hours: 7:30 > 16:30

Salary: £ rate 40k pa. (neg.) plus overtime

Multipanel UK is an established manufacturer of aluminium composite material near Dover, Kent. We are looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to work in our Engineering department, ideally with experience in a continuous process manufacturing facility. The aim of the department is to establish an engineering service function which will ensure reliable equipment and optimized performance levels against quantified targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure an amicable relationship with in house customer departments.
  • Ensure availability of plant equipment by adherence to Preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Effective monitoring of equipment performance.
  • Effective communication with all role players.
  • Ensure compliance to Health & Safety requirements.
  • Risk assessments.
  • Ensure sound root cause analysis principals.
  • Promoter of team work and must be able to self-manage.


  • Working knowledge of Electrical systems up to 425 V, including distribution, switching, control and testing.
  • Working Knowledge of Mechanical systems, including power transmission, rollers, bearings, conveyance, Hydraulic, water and air systems.
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens & Omron)
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and un supervised.
  • Innovative lateral thinker and problem solver.
  • Flexible working attitude.
  • Analytical and methodical in problem solving



  • Recognized Engineering qualification. Diploma / Degree (level 3)
  • Time served apprenticeship or equivalent.


  • Proficient in Windows software and Drawing software.
  • Electrical bias.
